CORONAVIRUS PATIENT INFORMATION

PATIENT NOTICE

For the health and safety of our patient population the practice will be adopting the below from Monday 16th March 2020.

The practice will be adopting an “urgent” appointment system only and there will be no advance (pre-bookable) appointments available until further notice.

If you require a GP appointment you will need to phone the practice on 01592 713299

The reception staff are unable to provide patients with an expected GP call back time.

If the GP feels you require an appointment the GP will issue you with an appointment to attend the practice.

DO NOT ATTEND THE PRACTICE TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT AS YOU WILL BE SENT HOME.

THE PRACTICE, UNDERSTANDABLY IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING A HIGH DEMAND REAGRDING QUESTIONS FROM PATIENTS WHO ARE CONCERNED REGARDING COVID-19 OR HAVE DEVELOPED POSSIBLE SYMPTOMS. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS ALL PATIENT QUERIES WILL BE DEALT WITH.

PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

Please post prescription requests through the door with a named pharmacy where you would like your prescription sent to.

 

ON LINE PRESCRIPTIONS

You can also order on line, please remember to include a pharmacy name so that we can send your prescription to them.

FITNESS FOR WORK STATEMENTS (Sick Lines)

Fitness for work statements will be posted out to patients.

Prescriptions for Collection

If you have a prescription to collect which was ordered before Monday 16th March 2020 please phone the surgery 01592 713299 and inform the staff which chemist you would like your prescription sent to.
