To request an urgent appointment for today (Monday to Friday):

• call at 8am for an on-the-day appointment: 01592 713299

If there are no on-the-day consultations left when you call and you feel that you have an urgent condition that cannot wait until the next day, then you may be offered an emergency consultation.

This will be at the discretion of the on-call G.P.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

To cancel your appointment:

• phone us on 01592 713299, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

If you need medical help now, use NHS 24 or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Please tell us:

• if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to speak to
• if you need an interpreter
• if you have any other access or communication needs

Call between 8am - 10:30am

If you are unable to come to the surgery because of illness or infirmity, you can request a routine home visit by the doctor.

Please try to make your request for a home visit before 10.30am as this gives the doctors time to plan the day ahead.  The receptionist may ask you for a description of your symptoms.  This helps the doctors prioritise the calls and ensures the doctor is properly prepared for the visit.

Please note that you can make a request for an urgent home visit at any time during surgery hours.
